Two thieves on a scooter on the wing and tore a woman's purse on a street in Wenzhou, China. Surveillance video shows a man on a bicycle. When he got past the front desk of a hotel near where the theft happened, he remained quiet about his bike, picked it up and threw it to the thieves. The bike hit her, she lost control and crashed to the ground.
